Dr. Oti and his Team at Newton Medical Centre are so amazing.

Dr. Oti in particular, took my calls repeatedly at very odd times of the night with total patience and ease.it is very difficult to get doctors after hours but Dr. Oti was available every time I tried.

All of the staff members are so friendly, professional and thorough, it’s just truly unreal!

Great service and location.

My wife’s Mom spent ten days at the institution during which time she received excellent professional care and medical treatment. The nurses and support staff related to her as a human being with affection, compassion and tender care. The support staff were all very warm and courteous. Incredible care from Dr Oti and all the staff at Newtown Medical Centre. I suffered a limb injury, called the office and within hours had an appointment scheduled for an examination. I was taken for a range of scans (CT/X-ray/MRI) upstairs which produced a diagnosis for treatment. Dr Oti even had a consultant Orthopaedic surgeon pop in to provide an opinion. Follow up care has been above and beyond.

I have to say that my experience at the Newtown Medical Clinic was hands down top notch and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. The staff is warm, welcoming and very professional. Special mention must be made of Nurse Stacy Cole who provided exceptional comfort during a very difficult time. The facilities are clean and comfortable and prices were affordable. Parking is available onsite despite being in the heart of Newtown which I did not expect but which was most welcomed. The cadre of doctors is also commendable and readily make themselves available for follow up questions. Five stars!

Took my Mom there. Dr. Oti has an excellent bedside manner and the antibiotics prescribed worked! He also changed her blood pressure tablet and the readings following it have been excellent. I would recommend him and the centre!

The front office staff to the nurses and doctors were all very friendly and easy to talk to. Everything was explained to me at a level I can understand. They also have top of the line medical equipments which made it so much easier and hassle free for me. Access to the doctors for after care was the absolute best.
