Best salon experience ever! Really appreciated the care and detail with each service. The pedicure experience was truly exceptional and the hair cut and colour was perfect. 10/10 would recommend this salon to everyone, prices are great!

Roast pork was delicious and the pepper sauce tasty.
Visited again various times after to pick up orders was always pleased. Today however meet the most rude and disgusting CSR who confirmed correct order but cashed something different, I refuse to pay for something I didn't order. This new CSR needs some people skills the regular workers are always polite no matter how busy.

Visited recently and there was only 1 employee to cash and prepare meals as well as cash and 1 noted to be doing deliveries during the time I was there. I think more can be done with the large space the restaurant occupies and also don't buy the chicken poppers they are now smaller than the size of popcorn chicken really not worth the price for 6 or 10 bites that are approximately 1cm to 1.5cm max in diameter

Their food taste better than most Chinese restaurants I've tried, if not all. The service is as any other Chinese restaurant. The seating is minimal so it's more of a take away than a dine in restaurant.

The management and staff in Cool Down Auto Air Conditioning Services are very professional and knowledgeable when diagnosing the fault on my vehicle A/C. Although I know and communicated what the problem was, they double checked every inch of my A/C system just to make sure and satisfy themselves that it was the only issue.
I was very happy and pleased with the service as they explained ever step and option that was available to my.
I believe anybody will be most satisfied and if they were to take the vehicle A/C troubles there.

My daughter took me to Arazzi for my birthday in January. The food, service and ambiance were exceptional. Today I took a visiting guest there for lunch and our experience was disappointing. We were the only persons in the restaurant. Our waiter was eager for us to place our order but then disappeared. Our appetizers were good - escargots and an arugula walnut salad. We both ordered the lamb for our main course- medium with gnocchi. The gnocchi was horrible. They were heavy and starchy. The lamb was well done. Not medium.
Our waiter could not be found and we had to go searching for someone to attend to us. We asked for the gnocchi to be returned and replaced with risotto. In less than 5 minutes our risotto arrived. Risotto in less than 5 minutes - not a good sign. The risotto was the consistency and appearance of dried oatmeal porridge. That also could not be eaten. Again, we told the supervisor of our concerns but his response was that the kitchen seems to be off today.
He did take off the slice of chocolate cake from the bill
At these prices a slice of chocolate cake is poor compensation for a disappointing experience. We would have preferred to get good food.
