This is very bad hospital, they charge expensive, and cannot provide the detail item charge, and they reject to provide the record of medical treatment , and there is no any solution, until now , after test, there is nothing found and no suggestion, and when they say a word the result is normal, they will charge 300 dollars, and if they say they will send the record by email, never trust them, it will never happen

Extreme professionalsm and execution, of the procedure, nothing was left to chance, I would wholeheartedly recommend the institution

I visited Newtown Medical Centre Last month when my mother took in with an urgent illness. The service by the Doctor and nurses was extremely efficient to the point where the Doctor was extremely helpful to speak with other doctors to ensure that my mother got the best of care. I would recommend Newtown Medical Centre because they respond to issues in an efficient and timely manner with much empathy towards their patients.

When my son needed urgent medical attention I called a friend who told me about Newtown Medical Center. He reassurred me that my son would be given one on one attention and that he would be in good hands. My friend was right! Dr. Oti and his staff have been professional, the place is clean, the nurses are patient and i felt comfortable and re assurred. I feel that they truly cared and my son is better. I visit Newton Medical Centre for the first time to obtain a scan of my foot. Normally I am pretty skeptical about hospitals and the like but I found the facility to have a warm and welcoming environment which eased my nerves tremendously. The doctor who attended to me was extremely knowledgeable and professional which I appreciated very much. If I or my family ever have a medical issue to attend to, don't matter how big or small, I will definitely be going back to Newton Medical Centre.

I stayed for the first time at Newtown Medical Centre for five days. The service was exceptional from all medical and non-medical staff. Everyone went the extra mile to respond in a most timely and efficient manner to all my requests.

Wouldn't recommend doing an antigen test here.
I did a home test from superpharm on 29/06/22 and it showed a positive result. So, in wanting to confirm if the home test was accurate, my partner and I went in on 30/06/22 for an antigen test. While the service was great, the actual thing we went in for was a waste. We did the tests @ $500 each and not more than 5 mins later the nurse came back to give us our negative results. Despite having almost all of the symptoms and a positive home test, we found this was odd, more so at the fact that even the tests from superpharm would take minimum 15minutes to tell and we got ours in approx 5mins with the same type of testing kit. Nevertheless, the next day we did a PCR test elsewhere and we were both confirmed positive.
A waste of $1000.

Getting my Covid-19 test to travel and the customer service here is great.
