Customer service at the Tunapuna branch gets an A from me: Courteous, professional staff, who are warm and welcoming from the moment clients enter the establishment, until they depart.

I was shopping around for frames and decided to visit VO after being referred by one of their customers. Excellent customer service from initial telephone conversation. EVERYONE was very polite and helpful. They offer a wide range of frames to suit every style and budget. Very pleased with OUR choices and pleasantly surprised that both pairs were ready in 4 days! Highly recommended.
