St. Clair Medical Centre opiniones
19As soon as i arrived I was greeted by a pleasant and helpful orderly, the staff were professional and pleasant, highly recommended
Worst experience I've ever witnessed. I will no longer be recommending this medical centre.
Worst treatment by staff with terrible doctor service, no care for the patients need or time just a building dressed nicely with a clear indicator that they only care about money not your health or YOU!
Excellent care of patient & needs. Clean surroundings, courteous staff, well organized and professional. Highly recommended to anyone in need of immediate private health care.
Lady insisted that I took the PCR test for travel to the US instead of the rapid test. The PCR TEST cost $1650 TT and over the phone they made us think it was $16.50. The rapid is test is $350. This place is misleading and the people are money hungry.
This is a special shout-out to the absolutely wonderful team of St. Clair’s. The day I dreaded, (being all the way in Canada and receiving a call from my mother in Trinidad announcing that Dad was in crisis) came to be. With heartfelt thanks from my family to yours - Dr. Benjamin, Destinie (admin), Dr Ramcharan, Janine, Nurses Hereira and Gaskins, Fernandes and everyone else who never said no to my demands.words cannot express my gratitude.
On a more personal note, I need Sharon (Qualcare) and Vincent Clarke to know that your personal touch has given me, the peace of mind that my Mum and Dad were in the best hands. Profusely, I THANK YOU.
The rooms are sanitized on a daily basis. Very clean and comfortable however there's no closet so your clothing has to folded in the little cabinet provided. Very expensive. The room staff are very friendly and helps you to relax however the receptionist could show some hostility we are paying for service.
This Nursing Home Really DO NOT DESERVE ASt. Clair deserve “0” stars. The Nursing Home only takes care of you if you have BIG MONEY.
They would not take care of you unless you show them money. & I mean CASH. Who the hell walks in a Nursing Home with a family member in critical condition with $30,000.00 Plus - in CASH. Especially on a weekend? WHO!
Imagine they refuse to take care of my family member unless they were sure of receiving CASH.yes CASH.
These people are real WICKED & dangerous.
My family wish them all well.
But, don’t be surprised if you see Gary visiting them soon.
May God Richly Bless them all.
Met a few very nice nurses.terrible beside manners from few.had a nurse shouting in my head, forcing me to drink peppermint tea whilst I was in pain and not feeling well.nice building with terrible staff, their only concern is money and not the real interest of the patient, why come to discuss a bill in a patient’s room with a patient who is in pain? I was discharged without even seeing a doctor. I don’t even wanna give a star.the worst!
Poor service. Doctors have no bedside manners. And all insisting on doing more and more test to ensure a good bill at the end. No care at all.
I came there with my husband to do. Surgery on his back and the and the staff at the dr office was really nice and friendly the nusre was very helpful
Thank you guys for taking such great care of my mother who came in for an angiogram you guys were so loving and treated us like family, ensuring we were informed of everything that was going on. Thank you all so much may God bless all of you
Thanks to my school - mate Chantal Campbell for being so hospitable towards my brother - in - law (Brandon Gray)
Insisted on operating on my Dad even though at that age that type of operation is NEVER recommended. Bottom line, they KILLED my father!
I came in to do a lower spine surgery and while it was successful, the stay at the clinic was terrible. The staff were not very people oriented and made alot of mistakes. I mean ALOT. They even didn't realise that the IV they were using on me was not going in because the valve on the tube they inserted into my hand was broken. The blood spewed everywhere, and they didnt change the sheets after that! I had to sleep in the bloody sheets. Also the pain killer machine that was connected to me was not even working! The staff didnt even notice these things - it was pointed out to them by my girlfriend who I was lucky to have there. Had she not been, God knows what would've happened. The attendant escorting me to x-ray even forgot to come get me back! These are just a few of the problems I faced. The doctors are great but the hospital staff and equipment are terrible!
Awful nursing staff. If your loved one is an elderly patient, the nursing staff are unkind and lack the skills required to care for and treat elderly patients. The front desk is concerned only about detailing your costs and keeping you in as a long as possible to maximize the amount you spend. A great example of third world nursing care. Dr. Marchack was very good however and a good diagnostician after 2 doctors missed a diagnosis of cardiac disease and myeloma. Shame about the nurses and front desk manner or lack thereof. Might as well get poor public care.
Although I did not appreciate the attitude of the frontline staff upon entering your institute, it was truly a delight dealing with Carol the receptionist & Dr Andrew Mike @ the private doctors section they were both very professional & very understanding.
Had to go to the emergency room for a minor injury and then some follow ups for stitches etc. Was surprised by the speed and quality of treatment. They seemed to be lacking on some medical supplies though. Also communication isn't the best here, usually when someone wanted to call me back that never happened so I had to call myself again
In as few words as possible my experience can be described by these adjectives, professional, knowledgeable, patient and experienced.
Dr. Dale Maharaj and his team are definitely the best it's like a real life grey's anatomy!
Much respect goes out to Nurse Shervonne! He is the reason my legs work and I am no longer in pain thank you, thank you, thank you!
