8They have two numbers on their website. The first one is out of service and the second one is just ringing off the hook. No one's answering.
This place is the worst my brother foot is broken and we are here 3hrs now waiting for assistance and still haven’t gotten it
Service is good. They do x-ray, ultrasound and CT scans here but only during normal working hours. Emergency services are treated here but to an extent as it is a district health facility. Life threatening and other more serious services are transferred to the SFGH.
The information department is not very helpful or people friendly
And they are usually on their personal phone and rudely tell people hold on
Friendly staff especially nurse Kingston wonderful person not so fast service but efficient and effective
Poor customer service in the emergency department.visited today and I was met with a clerk who didn't seem interested in assisting me.she didnt even look up from her computer while I stood by the counter. I left and visited a private doctor instead.makes me wonder why i even pay health surcharge.absolutely disgusting
Given the current financial situation of the SWRHA the facility is performing to the best of it’s ability. However quality of service should be no compromise when providing health care.
