Service is sorely lacking. The company currently only allows patients in due to Covid, but as a result of not keeping their own appointments strictly organized, groups of customers are gathered together in a small waiting room.

Employees are obnoxious and rude. I sat in their waiting room upstairs, and despite at least 4 of them entering to refill coffee cups and water bottles, not one of them was polite enough to say good morning. Instead they chattered loudly and rudely to each other - across rooms.

If you’re not one for good customer service, opt for another provider.

Although this facility has good equipment it’s staff are not friendly and the the main doctor himself is rude and callous. I will never go back there again

I would give more stars, but the major issue is keeping appointment times. Why tell my mother come for a 1: 30pm appt, and at 3: 48pm we are still sitting here waiting? RIDICULOUS
