Cross Crossing Medical Centre

Made an appointment with the dentist for my grandmother. They told us our appointment is at 9 am, we got here at 8: 30am. Here we are, 43 minutes after our appointment time and still not able to see the dentist. We asked “why is this taking so long? ” The receptionist replied “you came too early and that there’s a patient in there, you need to wait. ” How can one be too early to an appointment? We scheduled for 9, we came early to ensure we don’t lose our spot or hold the dentist back from attending to other patients. It’s a ridiculous wait time, it’s better they told us come for 10am. Wouldn’t recommend.

The front desk secretary, Shania, is an abhorrent disaster at customer service.

Poorly trained, abrupt, ill-mannered with an attitude indicative of the patient wasting her precious time.

Upon calling the front desk, she lacks the courtesy to deal with one patient at a time. Instead, you are abruptly cut-off and interrupted 3-4 times while speaking to her, while she places you on hold. Any indication of you becoming upset and frustrated with her lack of professionalism, is met with a sour attitude on her part.

Quite an enraging, sickening experience.

Train your workers, instead of pulling an uneducated, ill-trained woman into a front desk position.

Really great staff, however wait is always deathly long.

Like a hospital from the 1960's. Poor customer service, staff shortage & I wait 3 hours in 2 different waiting rooms to do a basic test. There's maybe 1 doctor in the whole building. Save your money & go somewhere else.
