Courts Optical Trinidad and Tobago

Very poor and unacceptable quality control standards. They seem to be heavily focused on sales rather than ensuring a quality delivery of the product. Your money may be better spent elsewhere where value to the customer is paramount.

The prices are deceptive. You get better deals and service elsewhere. The quality of their workmanship is also questionable. I paid premium money for some sunglasses that fell apart in less than 2 years. Support and service will do their best to say it was your fault (at least at the South Park branch). The personnel have no customer service training.

Service in the San Juan location is very poor the glasses don’t last long an they take upto 2 weeks to fix any problems you may have. I also payed for my prescription an they didn’t add my Papillary distance

Courts optical takes too long to actually let you collect your glasses in the store. This is my second time with them and the glasses takes about a month to prepare. Why does it take so long when other glasses places take 1-2 weeks maximum? This is poor customer service as I had to call to follow up on my glasses and still not a word and I placed my order on the 28.12.2020 and today is the 19.01.2021. This is quite unprofessional. Please fix this poor service!

Upon realizing I need to do an eye exam. I saw Courts Optical the best fit based on all the ads that they were promoting all around. I went in and did the exam (which was good). Noted: There’s the buy one get one free. So when I was contacted to collect my eye wear. I got the free one first. And was told to come later that day for the one I initially paid for. Upon going back the same day, they realized the lens was mixed up. So they had to send it back and get it redone. The person I dealt with really assisted me well. But the people above him wanted me to return to free one so they could change the lens to a clear version and tried to guilt me and have me thinking I was the wrong one. I can’t return a eye wear that I had been wearing for a week. My eyes have become adjusted to them. How will I function daily?
Anyhow, after some weeks I finally got my eye wear. Not pleased at this point as my $5000! Eye wear had scratches on the frame. When I asked can that be fixed? I was told a blunt no! So I paid $5000 for bad service and scratched frame. I will not return to Courts Optical.

The customer service at Sangre Grande branch was horrible. The female salesclerk was very rude and unprofessional. Courts, come on.after being a customer for over 25 years, please, please do better than that!

The extension number does not work. These things needs to be updated and more accurate.
