The Security Guards Aren't Polite.
You could be showing signs of illness and the staff will leave you out in the hot sun before aiding.

Went to get back a clinic card for my son there telling me they don't have card and I have to wait for a call. I let them know he has to start school the said the can do anything for that also had me running back and forth

Went to get a copy of a child's immunization card for school was told no cards and to call. Have been calling constantly phone busy.

I went with a letter from my health centre to get an ultrasound and the security told me to go across the road and wait until someone calls me. I didn't get registered so if I go in the tent, how would they know I was there?

The doctors a really good and helpful but the support systems eg X-Ray, Blood testing etc are overwhelmed and to get a blood test I would have to wait until mid-November, or Seven-and-a-half months.

Excellent service received, special thanks to Dr Hernandez who provided swift and efficient care. Will definitely recommend this facility!

Don't know about everyone else but I recieved 1st class treatment. All the Doctors and nurses were extremely professional and courteous.

This is the condition of this health care facility and its very disgusting, i mean like its smell horrible and its not a sanitary thing like this ridiculous come on fix this people

Got to the health center at 8am. After explaining my symptoms I was considered a case of emergency and place on drips. The drips was not put on property, multiple times I had to get a nurse to fix the needle in my hand as I can see blood in the line.
The wait for an ambulance was over 7 hours long (mind you there was other "emergency" patients who were also waiting for an ambulance). 7 hours later the ambulance showed up. 4 of us "emergency patients" were crammed into the ambulance. The ambulance then blasted the streets. This was absolutely funny to the other emergency patients and I as we waited 7 hours long for this ambulance who is now rushing to get us to the hospital. I mean if we were to die we would have been dead the 7 hours that we were sitting there waiting.
Finally got to the hospital and had to wait another 6 hours to be seen.
My issue with this whole thing is that why consider a patient as an emergency patient when the clinic and hospitals take their precious time in getting those patients the care that they require. You all are playing with peoples lives. And its not a matter of being short of staff. Because you can see nurses and doctors walking meaninglessly up and down the facility. The female nurses make themselves extra visible by flaunting their extra tight uniforms. I had to wonder to myself are these nurses actual nurses or are they playing dress up waiting for their husband's?
Moral of the story, FOCUS MORE ON YOUR JOB AS PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLES LIVES. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN WHETHER SOMEONE DIES OR LIVE. DRESS AND ACT PROFESSIONALLY. A UNIFORM DOES Not MAKE YOU A NURSE OR DOCTOR BUT THE EFFICACY AND SERIOUSNESS OF THE JOB IS WHAT MAKES YOU A NURSE OR DOCTOR. IF YOU JUST LIKE THE JOB FOR THE NAME OR THE ABILITY TO WEAR THE UNIFORM GET ANOTHER JOB AND STOP PLAYING EITH PEOPLES LIVES.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I'M HERE SINCE 5: 30 THIS MORNING AND NO-ONE SAW ME YET. IT'S NOW 8: 21 PEOPLE WHO CAME AFTER ME GOT THROUGH BEFORE ME HAVING ABDOMINAL PAINTS AND FEELING FAINTISH BUT I'M GUESSING MY CASE IS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH.

#minister of health# d service at chaguanas health facility needs your urgent attention.my daughter had an injury where a nail went deep inside her hand and she waited over 4 hours without getting any medical attention.she was told that her case is not an emergency.we eventually had to leave without getting any assistance. I paid health surcharge most of my working life and this is my second nightmare with d health sector.do something urgently minister.u all brag about d so called good things u all r doing but u all r in a bubble and not dealing with d issues for d citizens of this country.

Worst staff, Calling for information and each extension i dial is no help, one told me he do not know how to operate the phone and hang up the other person told me she do not know the extension for the Dental department and hang up and she suppose to be the operator to assist when someone called. Chaguanas health facility need new helpful staff that know how to answer a phone and assist.

Horrible staff! No one besides the security know what going on. I just waited 4 hours with a fractured foot only to be told I have to wait atleast 2 more hours to be seen. I just left. I waiting so long, my foot swole about twice it's size

I'm actually getting through fast today and I'm here an hour and fifteen minutes already. Not bad
