22Excellent customer service. The representative answered all our questions and gave good advice on our frequent flyer miles. I was in and out of there in under 5 minutes!
This airlines holds a top-class rating for safety. The staff makes you comfortable and brings the Caribbean flavor to your flight. They also accommodate you if you would like to announce a special event, like birthdays and anniversaries. The captain normally does the announcement a wonderful value added to this great airline.
Since using this airline, I have never encountered an unpleasant experience.
This is my first choice of airline for any route that they operate

This airline does not follow its own refund policy. I called on Feb 15th to cancel a round trip flight from POS to TAB. I was told, per policy, that I would receive a 75% refund to my original form of payment within 15-21 business days. I even received an email confirming this information. My refund did not arrive.
I followed up several times via email to the listed email for customer service, all of my emails were and remain ignored.
I called on Wed, April 5th to inquire about my refund and was told that it hadn't been processed yet but that it would be processed by the end of that day. I was told I would receive a confirmation email and I received nothing. I also still do not have my refund.
Foreigners visiting for carnival (or any other time), this is essentially the only airline to get back and forth between Trinidad and Tobago so they're kind of hard to avoid. But as a foreigner who booked 2 trips with them and needed to cancel one, I can say that they operate like scam artists. Please beware if flexibility is something you need when booking. They do not follow their own refund policy.
Allow me to express my very sincere Thanks to our Management & Staff of Caribbean Airlines, Trinidad & Tobago Branch for a most beautiful vacation experience over the last few days. From getting our booking done over the phone (including the changes I needed to make at one point) to getting us from Point A to Point B safely, particularly with Covid-19 still present globally.
The Reservations Office Staff, The Ticketing Staff at the airports, our stewards/stewardesses/Captain's etc. Thank You for your pleasant, professional, efficient manner in doing each of your respective jobs, it was an absolute pleasure flying with you guys again after so long. I will be flying again soon.
I always put my faith in Caribbean Airlines. Safety first! The crew is always friendly and willing to assist.sometimes they seem a little flustered - baggage problems etc but they always handle the situation the best possible way. Thanks! Ps.some attendants must learn to keep their cool and calm and always remain professional.
What can I say? Overall they work hard, great crew and personnel and consistent product. During the covid era, they have managed to run a tight ship, on time performance and smoothly run operation from my perspective. Always room for improvement. Enjoy getting the access to their online CAL monthly magazine and the online duty free shipping at their signature store at Piarco.
I Always love to fly home on Caribbean Airlines. It's like traveling through the Botanical Gardens.
Worst customer service. The way they handle themselves is everything wrong with Trinidad. I know everyone wishes Jetblue was traveling to trinidad still. Worst experience with any airline
I worked there where at the entrance I stop vehicles and write all relevant information and you pull a receipt and proceed to the parking lot now everything is automated where the driver does everything and a lot of other upgrades that creates a more welcoming ambiance for travellers HOLLA
We received two unauthorized charges on our credit card in the amounts of $649.38 and $39.38 which were made 7/22/18 but appeared on our statement today (7/23/18). I called the customer service number and spoke with someone in reservations who told me I had to call back, but there may be more charges on my credit card and that she refused to give me a direct dial for the credit card dispute line, refused to give me any information on the charges made with our card. These charges (and any other charges made with our card) should be refunded immediately.
You have to pick a number and wait really really long time before being attended to I mean how long does it take for someone to pay for a ticket.
Very lovely staff. You can however make reservations over the phone. But a word of caution, try to avoid booking near holiday time as you can spend a lot of time just warmng a seat.

I really hope that management will fix little issues that bring down Caribbean airlines.
I recently went to Piarco International Airport, where I purchased two tickets to Tobago. At the ticketing counter, counter 1 or 2 the customer service representative was very unfriendly towards me, she had an attitude it was like she don't want to deal with the public why is she there if she is arrogant towards passengers, she never welcome me with a smile on her face. She also made a mistake on the other passenger name which I made sure an spelt it correctly for her. I'm thinking she did it on purpose because she told me before there is a fine on incorrect name. So that means on the day of our flight my friend will have to pay an extra fee because she made a mistake. Lucky I checked through the ticket before I left the airport. She never apologized to me for the error on the ticket. Customer service is very important in any business, I will like management to please look into this and please train the customer service representative to greet customers nicely. These little things will make passengers choose other options than dealing with CSR at Cal.
This was the worse customer service I ever encountered.
Main issue is with the TAB faction. It would not hurt the personnel there to be polite at all. It would be so appreciated to see the Tobago charm and not the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude that is displayed too many times.
Worst airline I have ever come across, including LIAT. Not only do they always delay your baggage, they make sure to destroy parts of it along the way. And when it is time to hold somebody accountable they refuse to respond to emails or pick up calls like a shadow organization. Steer clear of this absolute trash airline.
The only time I fly with this (dis) service is when I have no choice. Staff are seldom polite, compensation for delays at their fault comes in the form of a voucher accompanied by scathing attitudes. Its a wonder they still advertise the warmth of the Caribbean.
I love Caribbean Airlines. Wonderful and friendly staff, Smooth, safe and enjoyable flight and fantastic food.
So sad i cant give no stars rating. First time disliking caribbean airlines.last time travelling with them after 10 yrs of travelling once or twice a yr
Caribbean Airlines was most dependable on our recent Trip to Tobago Jazz Experience. The Staff exhibit a high degree of professionalism. They go all the way to sort out your problems (which are usually created by passengers in the 1st instance) all the way to your destination and back.
