Exceptional and excellent customer service! Very friendly, polite and accomodating. With a last minute rental, they were quick to accomodate us. Our 8: 45am flight to tobago was delayed and we decided to take the earliest flight available. Sure enough that car was waiting on us at 6am at the airport with no delays. The car was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. They were able to collect the car at the port which was very convenient as well. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Miss Dianne’s car rental is a small, female owned business with 12 vehicles. She is a GEM with quality customer service! Located just left of Alamo car rentals at the ANR Robinson Airport in Tobago, her office is an airconditioned repurposed container but used very efficiently.
(If you wish, tell her the muslim girl from Trinidad who rented the red Kia Rio sent you).

Splendid customer service from beginning to end. The booking is as simple as contacting them. You’ll be asked to provide Liscence and Itinerary and that’s it. They are very accommodating and professional my flight was delayed for 2 hours and I kept the car until free of charge.
