25 My daughter took me to Arazzi for my birthday in January. The food, service and ambiance were exceptional. Today I took a visiting guest there for lunch and our experience was disappointing. We were the only persons in the restaurant. Our waiter was eager for us to place our order but then disappeared. Our appetizers were good - escargots and an arugula walnut salad. We both ordered the lamb for our main course- medium with gnocchi. The gnocchi was horrible. They were heavy and starchy. The lamb was well done. Not medium.
Our waiter could not be found and we had to go searching for someone to attend to us. We asked for the gnocchi to be returned and replaced with risotto. In less than 5 minutes our risotto arrived. Risotto in less than 5 minutes - not a good sign. The risotto was the consistency and appearance of dried oatmeal porridge. That also could not be eaten. Again, we told the supervisor of our concerns but his response was that the kitchen seems to be off today.
He did take off the slice of chocolate cake from the bill
At these prices a slice of chocolate cake is poor compensation for a disappointing experience. We would have preferred to get good food.
The portions were actually decent. I had the hallomi salad and the lamb. My husband had the sticky pork and shrimp thermidor - all delicious! And they were generous with the shrimp - 10 medium size.
There's a special menu where prices can exceede $1000.00TT for a main
However, there's the regular menu where mains range from ~$250-600.00 TT
The surprise of the evening for us were the cocktails- well balanced and delicious - unexpected.
They also served a scoop of Gelato if you're celebrating a birthday.
All in all I would go back, definitely recommend.
Update: drinks are still a delight!
Portions seem a tad smaller for the same price
The place is a must try. Variety like no other from drinks to eats. Thanks to Allana and rest of the staff there.
Quality establishment. Special mention to Amos. He is friendly & most welcoming. The times we have visited it has been for the bakery area but it is divine. Lots of dessert & drink options to choose from.
Definitely Recommend:
The German raspberry cheesecake!

A group of six. We were laughing, drinking and having a good time until the food arrived and then everyone got quiet. The food was so good no one wanted do anything but focus on the meal in front of us and if that is not the best thing I can say about a restaurant, I don't know what is.
Celebrated a special milestone birthday with some old friends, and some new ones at Arazzi. We were in the lounge, and the ambiance was amazing. We got some welcome drinks which were so good- the Metropolitan, and some of us had mojitos which were amazing.
The food was fabulous. The charcuterie board was really good, the pizzas were out of this world (I think it’s some of the best I’ve had, could rival Italian pizzas). We also had Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Shrimp, Bruschetta with smoked salmon, bruschetta with a crab dip (wow!). All in all, it was a great experience.
Visited before dinner, when we walked in, no one greeted us. The staff steered as though they were surprised to see customers. After being seated, we waited 15 mins before someone attended to us. When the waiter came, he informed us that they did not serve any dinner at that time, but drinks. Which was fine with us. However, the length of time we waited on the drinks were dissappointing, as the staff were gathered to the front of the restaurant talking and laughing. Very unprofessional. The hostess needs training in customer service.
First of all, beautiful ambiance. The first time I went was during the Christmas season and the decor was lovely. On that occasion I had brunch and my friends and I were pleased with the service and the food.
My second time was more a lot more recent, for dinner, and I have to say that it was quite disappointing. Despite the continued good service and beautiful dining space (also great plating), the food quality and taste were mostly very mediocre (in some cases bad) and don't match the restaurant's aspirations. Very confusing actually. I will say the lemon crème brûlée wasn't half bad and we picked up some pains au chocolat at the bakery which were good. Might be worth doing some objective revising of the dinner menu soon though.
Short staffed. Poor service. Literally ate crix to prevent starvation. Food was fair and the chef I must say tried his best or her best to keep food warm.
Atmosphere and decor were really nice. The food was delicious but the dessert was amazing. I had the molten chocolate cake which was divine.
My shrimp scampi was delicious and was served with a good amount of mashed potatoes and vegetables. I was very full. My husband had the lamb chops which only came with 2 chops and less potatoes than were on my plate. He was not full and we were really expecting more food on his plate.
I purchased a country style white loaf from the bakery as well as macarons and a lisbon chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. I'm really pleased with the desserts.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brunch experience at Arazzi. The staff were very friendly and attentive which contributed to the warm and overall, extremely pleasant experience. The food also tasted delicious and was presented beautifully.
As soon as you enter you get that sense of Italy. The decor is beautifully done.
We had the French Polynesian scallops with fungi risotto
And the pesto grilled shrimp with sautéed vegetables. The flavors and texture were so amazing.
You should definitely try The first Chance, a really refreshing cucumber drink.
Everything about this place is awesome. The service is exceptional. The meals, coffee, drinks and desserts are so delicious and some unique items. Exquisite lounge area. You should go.
Had brunch. Enjoyed it and had staff's attention as customer volume was low. Food was good.
Mixologist and pastry chef come in well after 12.
Accessible. Secure. New.
Will go back. Dinner then the lounge
Cocktails are great! I would go back but only for the drinks.
We started off the apps, stick pork, crab cakes and beef carpaccio and decided to end the night there. Pork meat wasn’t salted also could be crispier, beef carpaccio had no seasoning at all and was taste less, crab cakes were unimpressive.
It a shame tho, the ambience and staff and bar tending is very good.
Definitely feels more upscale than most restaurants in Trinidad. Service was excellent and the seasonal decor was inviting. This was my first time at Arazzi, so I may need to return before I give a final decision on the food. However, drinks were good, but the food was just okay. I won't say it's bad, nor it's great, but with the overall aesthetic and atmosphere, I expect to be a bit more impressed with the food. One surprising bonus is that there's no service charge and VAT.
Everything is great until you pay 155 for 4 shrimps (appetizer). Would be 5* if not for that
Had brunch. Easy parking. Was after midday. Apparently mixologist comes in around 1 p.m. As do other service specialists.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the selection of single malts is impressive. I had a time. Especially as it wasn't busy at that time so the staff to customer ratio was favourable.
One quibble.for the French toast the garnishing would have made a world of difference.
Fresh cream, blueberries and strawberries for instance.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. They accommodated our very last-minute request, and the cake was delicious. Nice ambiance too!
