I had items from the dim sum menu as well as from the regular menu and it was absolutely delicious. For the dim sum I had steamed shrimp har kow and shrimp and pork siu mai. The meat was delicious and well steamed. The dumplings were very soft and tender. The dim sum was beautifully presented. There was also a very delicious spicy soy to accompany the dim sum.

I also had pork Singapore curried noddles with roast pork. it was one of the best roast pork I ever tasted. So delicious I also drank some green and black iced tea that came in a bottle. I really enjoyed the black tea , the green one was just okay.

The atmosphere was very beautiful, with comfortable seating, koi aquarium, hanging roasted duck with soft Chinese music playing in the background. There were a lot of families having lunch at the time I was there.

The waitress was very friendly however she did take a long time to attend to my table. And when I asked for recommendations from the menu she was not very helpful. There was a wait for the food, about 15 to 20 mins. So for these reason I gave a low score in the service section.

Also parking is available in the one woodbrook underground area. The prices are more expensive than other Chinese restaurants. I would definitely visit here again but for a special occasion.

Great food. Very delicious. Prices are reasonable considering the location. The owner is there and very friendly.

Owner is extremely disrespectful would not acknowledge my presence to order a meal. It’s sad these people are allowed to come to the Caribbean and treat people with such disrespect. It’s awful I know my feelings are mine to own and manage but in that moment I felt small and insulted. I know my blackness was the main reason she would not have treated a white person like this. Terrible!

Authentic Chinese food with a true Caribbean flavor. We went on Sunday for dim sum and had a wonderful time with family. The staff is efficient and friendly, which creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxed dining.

I had stopped eating Chinese food because of the high MSG content. Annies is now my place to go and the food is excellent. We dined in and 2 days later went back for take out.

Service is horrendous. I'm never going back to dim sum here. Staff is completely untrained and there are so many of them walking around being obtuse and unhelpful. Two waiters actually had an argument right by our table.

They Messed up our reservations and instead of apologizing and giving us a proper table, they stuck us at a flimsy make shift table off the bar area with no space for our dishes. Yet they insisted on bringing everything out at the same time and demanding we make space for it, like we are carpenters who can expland a table. No one checked up on us. One of the waitresses then had the audacity to ask if the error in tipping was intentional. She didn't realise the tip was made in cash, which we regret now because it was entirely u deserving.

As for the food, only 50% was good. The steamed items were bland and boring. Duck was excellent, squid was very tasty.

Annie's has maintained its food standard throughout the years. The restaurant underwent a recent expansion and upgrade, introducing a dimsum menu on Sunday.
It is unfortunate that the owner's attitude and service standard do not follow the same track. She has shouted at patrons and hung up on phone-in orders when under pressure.
We ordered a noodle dish at dim sum. The dish was still not served at the end of our meal. Annie told us the dish would be ready in 10 mins. We were still waiting 45 minutes later. The server was very conscientious and kept checking. The server eventually brought it and suggested that it should be discounted. Annie heard and started shouting at us, the customers, saying that we had the food and there was no need for any discount. She refused to acknowledge the fact that she said 10 mins and the dish took over 45. She grabbed the dish off our table, while continuing to shout at us.
The food is good, but it's not worth going because of the bad service and attitude of the owner.

Excellent Chinese cuisine in an air-conditioned or open terrace atmosphere.

The service staff are excellent at explaining the meal options as well as welcoming and catering to your enquiries.

The food is a little pricey, but very tasty and well worth it.

Worse food ever and the owners behaviour was disgusting when a complaint was made. Shouted and hung up the phone. The attendant actually called back to apologize for the owners behaviour. Never me again

Great food, reasonable prices, and very friendly! They checked with the chef to make sure my mapo tofu is prepared vegan.

I love this restaurant, the service was wonderful, we were not rushed and the food was delicious also ordered to take home

Beautiful and calm ambience. The duck was cold and the food was not tasty. It look better than it tasted. The price of the food is different from what is on the menu. Would I recommend here not really. Overpriced and not tasty.

This is my second time visiting this establishment and it has been pleasant on both occasions I must say ️
The food was delicious especially the sautéed veggies, Al denté and yummy
I found that the crispy garlic chicken a bit dry but tasty, didn't seem to be a fresh batch from that day.
The sweet and sour shrimp was also delicious and the portions are great.
There needs to be something done about the decor especially the chair covers that give a feeling of being at a low budget wedding reception.
That said, the food was delicious and the service was great, lovely young lady

I had only appetizers and was pleasantly surprised after seeing bad reviews. Pricey but worth it.

Food was expensive for small portions. Chicken tasted weird and was when we cut it open it was raw. We mentioned this to the waitress and received no apology or any sort of comment, total indifference. And to add insult to injury they put a service charge on the bill! Definitely avoid going here. Real waste of money.

Ordered fried shrimp wantons and they were delightful! Especially the spicy soy sauce dip to accompany it. I would definitely order again!

One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Trinidad. Tasty dishes - Shrimp Wontons, Pepper Shrimp, Chinese style chicken, Lemon Chicken; and I love their fresh local juices, especially the Soursop and Portugal juice. If you're a pepper lover, ask for their raw pepper sauce.

Worse experience ever from the owner. I would never recommend or go back this restaurant. They mess up a beautiful birthday evening…

Located on the outside of One Woodbrook Place, along the Restaurants stretch it is a good representation of Trinidad's "Chinese food".
Being on the compound of the popular cinema, Digicel Imax, it shares the same inherent issues for parking. You can park in the underground area (if you are lucky to find a park in peak times) or park along the side streets. The area is relatively safe so your vehicle should be fine where ever you chose.
The restaurant has two areas of dining outside uncovered or inside an Ac chilled room. Both have music for ambiance but outside will be competing with noise from other restaurants and their patrons as well as road noise.
Outside is quiet enjoyable and comfortable at times where the temperature is cool and sun is near the horizon. The lights and plants make the little area feel like a garden dining experience. Inside dining area is on level with upscale Chinese restaurants countrywide, with chair and table coverings, orientation decor and a koi tank.
Staff is very courteous and helpful whether it is take away or dine in. Wait time for food usually is 20 mins max even at peak times. The food is definitely better than your corner Chinese restaurants and surprisingly better than some big name restaurants as well. They have a unique take on soy sauce that has a taste that can only help to enhance the Trini style Chinese dishes. The portions are very generous. Their prices even for a restaurant in such a high rent building can compete against corner Restaurants with ease.
A relaxing dining experience which will not even bruise your wallet that you will not regret.
